§ 74-200. Purpose and applicability.

The purpose of this article is to provide a consistent and appropriate review process and procedure concerning requests for access permits on specific Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) Roadways.

This section is applicable to the following portions of TXDOT roadways located within the corporate limits of the City of Hewitt:
Sun Valley Boulevard (FM 2063)

Spring Valley Boulevard (FM 2113)

Bagby Avenue (FM 3476)

Hewitt Drive (FM 1695)
