§ 74-90. Speed of vehicles within city parks.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any firm, person, or corporation to operate a vehicle upon any road or street within the municipal parks of the city, at a speed in excess of 15 miles per hour.

(b)

Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined as provided by the city Code.

(c)

It is found that an emergency and urgent public necessity exists which requires the immediate passage of this section.
