§ 30-31. Smoking during certain meetings.

(a)

The smoking of cigarettes, cigars and pipes during meetings of the city council, zoning board of adjustment, planning and zoning commission, municipal court and all other city boards is prohibited.

(b)

For purposes of this section, meetings of the city council, zoning board of adjustment, planning and zoning commission, municipal court and all other city boards shall begin when the meetings are called to order by the presiding officer and shall end when the meetings are declared adjourned by the presiding officer.
