§ 18-51. Adoption of Texas Food Establishment Rules.

Latest version.

For the purpose of regulating retail food service and retail food service establishments, the Texas Food Establishment Rules as currently promulgated by the Texas Department of State Health Services, or as hereinafter amended, copies of which are on file with the office of the city secretary, are hereby adopted and made a part of this code as if fully set out herein, and the provisions thereof shall govern all matters covered therein within the city, except those provisions which may be in conflict with other provisions of this Code or state law. If any provision of this Chapter conflicts with another provision of this Code, the more stringent provision shall apply.
